Build an itinerary that works on the ground
Share your departure city, destination and preferred airports, including Dubai or Fujairah when relevant. For a return flight or a trip with several stops, include the timing at each destination. Meeting schedules, connection times and any flexibility help the adviser assess practical options.
You can also discuss catering, ground transfers and a helicopter connection. These arrangements are checked with the flight itinerary so that a convenient arrival does not become a rushed transfer. Specific services depend on the destination and the operating partners.

Before confirming, review the proposed aircraft, schedule, included services, payment terms and cancellation conditions with your adviser. If you need an urgent departure, say so at the start. A departure in as little as two hours may be possible, subject to aircraft and crew availability, permits and airport operating conditions.

The price depends on the itinerary, available aircraft and operational arrangements. Send your route, dates and passenger numbers to receive a proposal for the actual trip.
Can I request a flight at short notice?
Yes, urgent enquiries can be discussed with the 24/7 desk. The adviser checks the earliest feasible departure; a two-hour departure is conditional rather than guaranteed.
Do I need to commit to a membership?
The service is offered on demand, without a long-term charter commitment. The conditions for each flight are set out in its individual proposal.
Who coordinates my enquiry?
Libra Jet is the private-aviation division of Libra International FZCO and represents IBC Aviation in Dubai and Fujairah. A dedicated adviser coordinates the request and confirms the proposed flight arrangements.
